Our Balloon Twister are experts not only in twisting and making balloons into wonderful creations, they also interact and engaged with the children.  There will be 100 twisted balloons to be given away to kids. Balloon Twister will do twisted balloons in maximum 2 hours service. Choose within the timing for your party service you need.
